Description
An introduction to the algebraic structure of the integers and groups, including equivalence relaions, subgroups, normal subgroups, homomorphisms, Lagrange's theorem, and Sylow's theorem. Prerequisite: MTH 290 and MTH 330, or permission of instructor.
